Terms of Service

This is a draft agreement for Krewbill and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.

The service

Krewbill is a shared memory for a group's AI tools. A workspace is organised into spaces, each for a client, a project, a course, a team or a research topic, where members write down context and where connected AI assistants can read approved context and suggest new notes for a person to approve.

The service is in early access. Features may change, and it is provided free of charge for now. If paid plans are introduced, we will tell you in advance and you will not be charged without agreeing to it.

Accounts

• You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Connection keys give access to the spaces they were created for. Keep them secret, and revoke a key if it may have leaked. You are responsible for what is done with keys you create.
• See the minimum age section below.

Minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By creating an account you confirm that you are.

Your content

You keep ownership of anything you put into Krewbill. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train models.

During early access, please do not store passwords, payment card numbers or other secrets. You are responsible for having the right to store anything you add, including information about other people.

What we measure

We note a rough use for each workspace from the kind of space you create first, and record a small number of activation events, such as when a first space is created. These events store only the workspace, the event name and the time, never your content. The Privacy Policy explains this in full.

AI-suggested content

Assistants may suggest notes that are wrong or incomplete. The approval step is designed so that a person checks them before they become shared memory. We do not verify suggestions. What an assistant does with information it receives is controlled by the assistant and its provider, not by Krewbill.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access data that is not yours, probe the service for weaknesses without permission, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not use the service to store unlawful content or to break the terms of the assistants you connect.
• Do not exceed reasonable usage. We rate limit the connection endpoint to keep the service available.

Deletion and termination

You can export a space at any time, delete a space or workspace you administer, and delete your account from Settings, which removes your sign-in and profile. You can also ask us to delete your data by writing to hello@krewbill.com. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is during early access, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months, which is nothing during the free early access period.
